Getting into the festive spirit in Solihull

Look out for the free Fantastical Christmas Show which is on tour in Solihull during the run-up to Christmas and soak up the seasonal vibes.


From 4 – 12 December, some friendly faces will be bringing holiday cheer to your area.


Whether it’s an evening show about finding the warmth of Christmas or a pop-up musical interaction on the high street, there’s lots of fun to be had, and it is all for free!  


Here’s just a few of the places you can see the tour during the festive season:


  • Castle Bromwich Hall Historical Gardens, Saturday 4 December, 12 – 1.45pm


  • Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre, Saturday 4 December, 12 – 1.45pm


  • Chelmsley Wood Library, Saturday 4 December, 3pm


  • Brueton Park, Sunday 5 December, 12 – 3pm


  • Dickens Heath Library, Tuesday 7 December, 2.30pm, 3pm and 3.30pm


  • Solihull Town Centre, Friday 10 December, 10am – 2pm


  • Balsall Common Library, Friday 10 December, 7pm


  • Kingshurst Parade, Saturday 11 December, 12 – 2pm


There will be a mixture of long and short performances in a range of indoor and outdoor settings, so you can catch a performance in your local park, your library, or in your local shopping centre and high streets while you are looking for gifts.

From festive theatrics to music, magic and mayhem, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy and get into the Christmas spirit.
